Shipping Time?

Due to overwhelming number of orders, orders may endure a 5-10 Day Processing period as we are constantly receiving orders and selling out of stock. Do not worry if you have not received a tracking number in under 10 days, the order is being processed and will arrive on time. US Shipping: 3-5 Days By USPS

2 Day Shipping: 2 Day Shipping by FexEx

Rest Of World: 12-21 Days By USPS

I Didn't Get an Email Confirming My Order?

Most likely you gave us your phone number instead of your email address. Or you misspelled your email. If you would like to add your email to the order please send us a request at support@cloutgoggles.com.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed for any defects.

TRACKING

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
